The cleanliness and safety of our home have always been of the highest priority. Our management company always maintains impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
In light of the Covid-19 virus, our management company has created and implemented a new regime that achieves the highest possible standards of cleanliness, sanitisation and disinfecting. This regime exceeds CDC guidelines, the code defined by the State of Florida’s governing body and also the standards set out by other authoritative industry bodies and organisations.
We are 100% committed to doing everything possible to keep our guests as safe as we can. To this end, our normal cleaning regime has been enhanced as follows.
All staff who clean, service and maintain our home have undergone extensive training in all aspects of the virus, Personal Protective Equipment and the new cleaning/disinfecting requirements. This training will be ongoing to ensure constant understanding of and compliance with developments.
All staff who clean, service and maintain our home will use disposable gloves, face masks, protective bootees, safety goggles and other protective equipment as required whilst working in the home.
The rigorous cleaning program that has always been in force has now been updated and enhanced to include extensive sanitization and disinfecting disciplines covering all major surfaces and frequently-touched areas and items. This includes, but is not limited to:
All major surfaces, door knobs/handles, lock-boxes, electronic keypads, stair hand-rails, telephones, light switches, remote controls, refrigerator and appliance door handles, control knobs on cookers, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines dryers & BBQs: sliding door handles, toilets, faucets, clothes hangers, touch-screens, play-sets/toys, cabinet & drawer knobs/handles: A/C thermostats: alarm panels: pool door alarm buttons inside & out: villa information folder: DVD players: Bluetooth speaker: alarm clocks: lamp knobs/switches: hairdryers: pool tables and equipment: air hockey tables, pucks & controllers: dartboards & darts: other games room equipment as required: furniture (surfaces of dining tables, coffee tables, end tables, dressers, chests & nightstands), chairs & stools, baby equipment, vacuum-cleaner and other home-based cleaning tools.
Subject to supply and availability, we also seek to provide liquid soap, hand-sanitiser, disinfectant spray and washable cleaning cloths for you to use during your stay and thereby ensure the continued protection of your family whilst in the property.
Should you experience a technical or maintenance issue during your stay, many of these can be resolved over the phone with our management company. Should there be a need to attend the property for a maintenance item during your stay, the attending technician will adhere to established safety practices regarding PPE and social-distancing.
